Gordon Ramsay was born in Scotland in 1966. He started in the kitchen in 1981, e nel 1998, a soli 32 anni, ha aperto il suo primo ristorante per il quale ha ottenuto il prestigioso riconoscimento di tre stelle Michelin. La carriera di Ramsay lo ha visto poi aprire altri ristoranti in tutto il mondo, pubblicare libri di gastronomia ed affermarsi presso il grande pubblico per la conduzione di programmi televisivi dedicati alla cucina come i reality show "Hell's Kitchen", "Kitchen Nightmares" e "The F Word" dalla quale questo video in inglese sulla trippa è stato tratto.
